SWAN Office & Technology Park officialy opened its gates to the public on September 15th, when more than 250 people attended the Opening Event.
The 29,000 sqm development was one of the few quality development to be delivered on Bucharest market in 2011. Moreover, it was awarded recently “Green Building of the Year” prize by Romanian Green Building Council, thus certifying the green features and the sustainability of the building.
During the launch event, David Allen, Advisor to Chayton Capital, announced a new leasing agreement in the building. Flanco, one of the major white goods retailers in Romania, has leased 800 sqm and decided to relocate their headquarter in the building. Flanco, Ambery Hall and SWAN headquarters now raise the occupancy rate to 15% of the total office space. Chayton Capital has developed SWAN Office & Technology Park after an investement exceeding 50 mln Eur, that started back in 2005.
The opening party included performances of Crush & Alexandra Ungureanu, DJ Project & Giulia, while the guests enjoyed a raffle where they could win a Ferrari test drive. Also, a Segway tour allowed curious visitors to explore the pedestrian areas and the outdoor ambiance of the park.
