Ambery Hall to open a convention in SWAN Office & Technology Park

Bucharest, 20th of July, 2011 – Ambery Hall has leased a 500 sqm surface in SWAN Office & Technology Park (“SWAN”), as part of a unique move within the Romanian office leasing market. Considering that SWAN provides a variety of flexible and extremely high quality office space, Ambery Hall has chosen to operate an event center inside an office building. The tenant will deliver a large array of professional conference services, from corporate events and business meetings, to social gatherings, for both SWAN occupiers and other external clients.

SWAN was recently awarded “Green Building Project of The Year” by the Romanian Green Buildings Council at the sixth annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards Gala. As an occupier of a green building, Ambery Hall will benefit from the multiple advantages of the project: good natural lighting, flexible approach towards space planning, generous green areas and other specifications that lead to efficient space handling and significant cost savings.

SWAN offers a total of 29,000 sqm of office and commercial space. The project was developed by Chayton Capital LLP, with an investment exceeding €50 million.
